guild alliances

I would like to make an clan, and with this i do not mean a guild. I wish to form an alliance between multiple guilds within the Fiesta world. So if anyone very interested have a wish to help me to make this alliance i would gladly apreciate it. my plan to get some attention is to make an web page, and with this web page we make an area only for members of the alliance and a page for the ones who wish to see and learn more about it. I hope to get many experienced people to help me with this, and also i could need an graphic produser who can create avatars for the alliance and the main members. The most important person must be the one wich can reach out to the people, and is very good at talking to other players\people so the et convinced to join. I hope that many of you finds out that this is probably a very good thing to do, and makes up your mind to join me in this project.
