I have learnt this today.Have fun.
1. Wait for pt to go restone or die so they are not there, take the spot
2., If they get back, start act like you were there first then start flaming.
3., offer that you share spot but meanwhile careful taht the other pt don't grind while you preach.
4., If they do, attack their tank or cleric so they gonna die fast.
5., If they atk back be sure to kill their cleric first , and always start war middle of spawn area, so if they dont have teva they gonna lose exp. Always let the mobs have last hit therefore. Careful with spawns too they might atk yu first therefore be sure to pull them on others.
6., Meanwhile be sure to say its a pvp zone so pk isnt bannable even if youre killing others for spot.Be sure to charm and use extenders if the other party has more ppl. Also be careful that otehrs wont call their friends too.
7., Be sure that you DONT ask other parties nearby who were there first...
one last note: Be sure that you must seem to be rightous for your acts, and the others are wrong ;))
HAVE FUN INVADING OTHERS SPOT AND THEN ATTACK THEM IF THEY WANT THEIR SPOT THAT IS ACTUALLY THEIRS. = DDDDD

Although it's a nice idea... I don't like to get over other parties' spots. Although I know how hard it is to get a spot there. But it can transform to a massive killing field if everyone fights each other for spots :( no more grinding nor farming.

Like i said Sbr666 if it takes u an hour to get stone Dont come Back expecting someone to give up there pull spot because your broke and cant offord pots After you were asked to leave or share You came up with the i was here first. Dont forget the name calling you and your grp did. And you Definitely didn't want to share the mobs or you would not have pulled the whole room. Also dont be mad because we owned you and after we owned you we left to find another spot. And nidea attacked your fighter not your cleric and your mage started attack me. So yeah dont get mad cause you lost xp because we pwned you btw if you wanna take it farther i still have the screen shoots of the name calling and Cursing your grp did which is banable.
Side not what we did in PvP dungeon was legit and you got owned plz shut up and respect people that were thier first your grp left which means you werent there My grp was there 1 hr you came back laying claim i dont think so and you got pwned

Well, but although I don't like it, he still has a point... he can attack whoever he wants in there and fight for spot. There are just people who don't want to fight for the spots and respect people as is.
If a whole party goes to restone, it is enough to claim a spot for you. For instance, if I come to a spot and it's free, and a whole party just comes in and says that they just went restone, how do I know it's the truth?
People nowadays do anything for their spots, you could just be lying to get the spot.
If you don't want to lose the spot, keep the people there. I claim the spot for me if I get to one spot and there's no one there.
PS: do some sentence structure man, it's hard to read >.<

Ways to make enemies and look like a fool on the forums:
1) Bring a group to a highly populated zone and "claim" that you were just there and "own" a particular spot.
2) Attempt a pull of said spot and promptly die.
3) Come back to said spot and say "we're just warming up" as an excuse to let the group currently there know that you aren't really a noob.
4) Revive and run back to said spot and begin pulling one at a time in the corner, maybe the other group won't notice.
5) Once you've got your cleric back, start pulling the whole room right infront of the other group.
6) Act surprised when the other group attacks your tank and pretend like you're not in a battlefield zone.
7) Get pwned by the other group.
8) Start cursing the other group out and telling them to "suck their mommys breasts" (yes that's a quote and yes i have a screenshot)
9) Go to the forums and whine about how the other group stole your spot and attacked you in a battlefield zone causing you to loose precious xp.
10) You're finished! You officially have gained an enemy and look like a fool on the forums.

I'm sorry, but if you leave a room for a significant amount of time, and another party moves in the empty room, you cannot expect them to leave because you were there an hour ago. Now, had there been any sign, ANY when we had first entered the room, we probably would've found another spot. But there was nothing. just a pristine empty room.
Just how long do you think you can hold a claim?
Then here comes along your group, long after we started saying that we took your spot and starts stealing our mobs. Sorry, but it doesn't work that way. It's respect. We enter a room that's occupied, we leave to find a different one. If your party leaves a spot, and we move in, you have to respect that have that spot now, and you have to go find a different spot.
And just who would go up to random other parties and go 'hey, is there somebody claiming that big empty room over there?' What do they know of your party's status. They are in a different room, can't see your party, and you can't shout in there.
A room vacant is a room for grabs.

I don't know what was the situation, but I agree with everything Meilin said.

my big issue is the lack of respect for people who had been in a spot for a couple of hours and people bring their pt in and take it over. i myself dont like to fight other players. i dont like making enemies but i have found myself getting really irritated by the lack of respect that people have now days in this game. yes i am aware that pvp is a zone to fight other players but if there is no reason what so ever for the attack then what is the point. IE... yesterday I was in pt in pvp and we were looking for an area. we were killing a mob in one of the walkways and out of no where we were attacked by 2 people. we had said nothing to them or even gotten close to where they were grinding. so why the lack of respect from those who attacked?
