401 problems

I tried to log in and I know I didn't misspell the password or the account name because I had JUST created the account so I really doubt that something happened to me in my 46 minutes of membership...Is there an error with the server that I don't know about? and if so how often does this happen? Cause I don't know if I have any urge to really play a game where I may or may not be able to get on once in a while depending on if the server is iffy or not. Thanks for all your help, and I hope it resolves itself.

I'm really sorry you weren't able to log in. I have just been informed by our Dev Team that they were making some back end changes and that for a few minutes specific users would not be able to log in. He's just assured me that it's been resolved now and you should be able to log in normally.

If you are still having troubles logging in for any reason, please send an email to support@outspark.com with your outspark.exe.txt error log attached and we can assist you further.

The file's path by default is this:

C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe.txt

How long does it normally take for them to reply? I am not sure if I should be checking my e-mail every few moments or just wait a week. I have attempted to attach that same file but MSN refused to allow me to do it and there was no .txt file extension at all. Am I just the unlucky 100th person to sign up or what? Am I the only one that is experiencing this problem?

You will find they reply reasonable fast, depends on your time zone etc to theirs as well.

I know that I lodged an issue yesterday (my time) and I had PM reply and thread replies by the time I woke up this morning. So I would say that generally it is a pretty speedy reply process as long as you inform what the problem is specifically and give any details that may help.

i.e System specs, screenshots etc.

Sometimes to not clog the forums it is better to lodge issues via email to support@outspark.com or to send a PM to a GM or CSR member.

This would actually go better in Troubleshooting forum area rather than Getting Started. :)
