i have a 2 weapon that are LVL 20 and i want to refine it. the 1st one is a stell sword and the other one is a stell raging wind axe...but the stell raging wind axe give out an extra

but slow when it comes to attacking. so can u guys give what ur idea when it comes to Enchancing. what should i use when it comes to Enchancing cuz i have an blessed elrue,lucky elrue and a blessed Lix. what does a lucky and blessed elrue and lix do? and can u make em? it would b great if someone can tell me^______^ :)
