No. It is a full Version that is in a testing stage.Some stuff might be added later,but pretty much a full version.*

ok thats kool.. do u know the max lvl? i have not started the game just yet but i heard it was only like 20 or somthing

Well, I am 30 level and know a few in the 50's. So, No 20 is not max level/sites/all/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-smile.gif
