The Blessing of Teva is sitting inside my backpack, never used. It was the one given to everyone a while back because of some maintenance issue or something (I think a little over a month ago). So I went to take it out and put it into my inventory but I noticed that although the title is "Blessing of Teva" and it looks like Blessing of Teva its description is:
[Premium Item] Decreases the breakage rate by 100% when enhancing a Lvl 5 equitable item.
And when I go to right click on it, it gives me a pop up box stating:
An unknown error has occurred: 4163
What do I do?
Maybe I should have put this in bug reporting instead? Or PM a GM with the information? I've never really encountered a bug that effected me until now. Which GM is better to send the information to?
