I am in no way a snitch. However, in this case it made me angry. The gm rider is awesome. PMs me and such when I need help. He even went to my change to cleric...Anyways Here it goes.

rider is human. I've had him not answer plenty of my questions and gotten answers to others. So he's neither awesome nor lousy in the answering questions department.

Personally, I think it would be overwhelming to be online as a moderator (GM), I am sure that with the number of people online at one time, he is probably constandly getting people sending him messages or chatting with players nearby.
Plus, the GM's are extremely active, something I was not used to in some other MMORPG, so I am just thankful for that.
While I have never sent PM''s/wispers to the GM's (so I can't say whether it is a common/uncommon occurance for a question not to be answered), I think people need to relax a bit, especially since many people ask questions they could solve themselves if they thought it out a bit (an example are the where is "x", or how do I do "x" questions)

Edit: congrats on the YWM, I am bored (I have too much time on my hands?)and trying to read the crossed out lines... (while you met someone that was being a bit rude, at least there was a good drop to equal it out haha)

rider is constantly busy, sometimes you can ask him a question 20+ times and he wont answer because hes having to do things in game\office, or has a que of people who have asked questions\need help.

I do feel like some people demand he answers questions etc when as has been stated, hes only human.

Aye, the GMs are quite busy at times. I've been in situations where I've been just as busy as what I imagine they would be and it's slightly annoying when people demand my attention right then. Be patient with them, whisper several times, and if you see that another GM has logged on you could try asking them instead.
