wats wrong with the install icon???

im using windows xp and i cant i cant even download the file!!is there something wrong with the install icon here?when i click on the install icon, it jus lags and nthn happens...is there a bug problem?

No, there's no bug.


My guess is that one of your anti-virus programs is causing it to freeze up while you're opening the installer.


If you downloaded the intall launcher without problems you should be able to install the game. Give us more information on your computer, what anti-virus and firewall programs you have, and what happens when you click on the game icon.

im using AOL active virus shield by kaspersky. the problem is i cant even download the install launcher. the button that says "install" above the system requirements is where the problem starts...when i click on it my IE freezes for like 10 seconds and goes back to normal without anything happening..i cant download the installer...no pop ups, nothing...i can download other games like maplestory and all that but not this game...

When you are trying to download, are you using the "AOL version" of IE? It is possible that you need to manually give permission to download from Outspark.com to the AOL Security settings.


Alternately, you could try using either the "regular, non-AOL version" of IE or a different browser like


Mozilla's Firefox ("http://en-us.www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/")


If you are NOT using the AOL version of IE, it could be that your anti-virus or firewall software is preventing the download...try either disabling them or better, giving permission for traffic to and from Outspark.

Im having the same problem on windows vista, and ive fully turned off my antivirus and everything and it still wont do anything when I click it.
