OK, I just got this idea.
Once the guild system is up, and you can join/create guilds, make a warzone. In the warzone guild members can attempt to raid an enemy guild for EXP, kron, and/or rare items (like YWM, SSF, leathers, anything that's hard to find). The members donate kron to thier guild, and the leaders use that kron to purchase protection measures for their vault. Such measures could include a small labyrinth (not too difficult for the sake of time), Vault Guardians, traps (Neophytes can have a chance to disarm these depending on thier lvl, and mages can detect them), building reenforcements (more on those in the next paragraph), and decoy chests (fighters can smash locks or destroy chests at risk of damaging goods if it isn't a decoy).
Also, there will be siege weapons (such as battering rams, ladders, torches, etc.). These will be used to get through the guild building's reenforcements. Using the donated kron form members, the leaders can purchase reenforced doors, barred windows, a wall, a moat, etc. And, if the upgrades get too damaged (maybe 10 successful attempts) the upgrade is destroyed and must be repurchased.

But the guild gets EXP for raids (more for successful than unsuccessful), and the leaders use this EXP to upgrade or repair the additions they bought with donated kron (this will save having to donate more just for repairs)
I think this will be a great addition and give the players more to do than just kill and gain EXP repeatedly. Of course there will be a limit on how many raids each player can do in 24 hrs, (maybe 3 or so) so not to distract them from the acual game itself. This will also bring the guild members closer together rather than just "Hey, let's go party and kill monsters."

All guild created need to have a certain number of members before participating in raids. (to prevent dummy guilds)
The guardians will be like the monsters in the mine, you need a party to take them without using up all your pots.
Guilds can only be attacked once every 24 hrs. (this to prevent once guild getting picked on)
All upgrades/addons are the same, so no guild will have stronger defenses.
