when you go to your skills and click on the botton in the left corner of the window the 4 skills come up but it wont let yo click on any of then

*Yeah, I've had that problem too. The only thing that works is the X to close it, the other two buttons light up when the cursor goes over them but don't do anything when you click it

Are you talking about the "empower" skills option?
If so you have to drag and drop a skill in the window at the top to add empower points.*
