[newbie] Need expert advice

I'm level 13, with about 4s cash. I will be able to spend about $30-$50 a month on Sparkcash, and I need help on what I should be buying. (please no comments about how spending money is bad)

Should I focus on things like HP+SP increase, drop increase, damage increase... Or should I be focusing on upgrading my weapons to +5 or +6. When should I start upgrading weapons past +3?

Also, perhaps someone could answer this question about clerics to hit two birds with one stone here. For a solo cleric, where and when should I apply empower points?

Buy this, with first being the most important:
Red Eyes/Blue Miles
Exp Booster Card
War Chant -drop rate increase
100,000 HP Potion
100,000 SP Potion
HP/SP extenders

Blessings of Teva to not lose xp when you die. You could buy the leveling pack which comes with hp/sp extenders, blessing of teva, exp boost card, and other wonderful items

Well, I wanted to stay away from the 1-hour 2-hour type items. Mainly because of a slightly chaotic schedule, I would prefer using 30d items. Also, I won't be buying exp boosters, but thanks for the advice.

So, HP+SP boosters / pots, extra drops...But what about item upgrading?

Aprox how far should I upgrade equips at each level gap?

15-20~
21-30

ect...When should I start upgrading past +7?

i'd do it lvl 20+ to +6 weapon, bot lvl 30+ u should get weapons to +9... and with more reason if u are a cleric.
