I can't figure out the basic interface for buying from an NPC shop. Yes, stupid I know. But I can't figure it out.

I can't figure out how to select a reward when I finish a quest. I know I'm missing something here.

i left click the item i want first and then right click it once


and for collecting your reward all the items on the left you are going to get regardless and you choose one item on the right by left clicking it once then click the finish quest or complete quest link and your done
