Chat box dosnt appear when I hit enter ?_?

Hello, in game, when I hit the enter key to bring up the chat box, it dosnt do anything, but all the other shortcuts and keys work fine. I want to talk to people -.-

Hmmm, have you already tried hitting reset interface to get it back? Also you can try changing your screen resolution to make it pop up as well. :0
