and go back to laucher.

Perhaps you should have a little search around in the Troubleshooting section? The link is here (http://outspark.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=75&f=11) by the way. I think there has been a few threads about this already... *except I can't find them anymore T_T*...maybe you could dig around? ^^
