Go out into the world. Kill stuff. Group. Do Kingdom Quests.
Leveling in this game is too fast to be asking how to level faster.

seriously... u can just do quests... that will give u good xp "during the quest" the xp u get for completeing the quests is kinda lame... also if ur a noob.. the completion of the quests will supply you with novie armor.. so that saves u money!
