Grammar and max letters in name

In this Picture I*tried to use the name Max but got the message &quot;Your name must longer than two letters long.&quot;


It should be &quot;Your name must be longer than three letters long.&quot;


or you can fix it so we can use three letter names/sites/all/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-smile.gif
