well... We talked for a while I didn't want to marry him lol I just wanted to get to know him not his char him and then he told me he wanted to get to know me better then he stopped talking all together

Second, he has lots of "girls" hit on him, and probably thinks they are all trying to extort something out of him

Well, Dakkon is extremely busy as of late. If you haven't noticed, he isn't accepting PMs here and I can tell you I don't see him much on IM lately either.

Secondly, he is a GM and, as such, cannot get too close to any player for fear of being accused of favortism - which could result in his dismissal as a GM. Even we CLs, as we are really just players, have to keep from getting to personal with the staff. I wouldn't take it personally - it's just business.

My advice - he's a great guy but I'd look elsehwere for an in-game relationship. I wish I had better news, but that is what it is.
