when the kindown quest was about to start on 3 minutes i keep looking at the thing thenwhen its time i press partisipate ( [A] ) it said it was full then i went for [B] full again im pressed it really fast one time it went yellow then boom im not in then same for [C] now i have to wait 10 hours for another one now...

dude,i have the exact same problom,i wait and wait for the time to come and they allways hit the button before i do,then i keep waiting for the next one that im not gonna get and its really annoying

Leave it up for a while before and make sure the Letter your signing up for is already up and the f one takes forever to fill up try that one

Basically he's saying that you should open the Kingdom Quest window a minute or 2 before recruiting starts and watch it. Wait until the status changes to "Recruiting" and hit Participate. With luck you'll be in the first 15.
