Need Help please

I just moved home with parents and i can't seem to get Fiesta up and going... there labtop runs with Windows Vista... Its seems to extract the game files after the DL fine but some error pops up... I uninstalled and am reinstalling so i can see what the message is and tell...

Error Opening apps.conf for reading. Aborting Patch: C:\Users\Public\Outspark\apps.conf

Now i am on the admin account of the computer.. what should i do?

- Right click on the Fiesta desktop Icon.
- Select "Run as Administrator"
- Select "Allow" for this program to access the internet

- Patch away, have fun.

Although this did not work for me.. maybe some one else it will.. I don't know how to check if i have Vista SP1 or not though.... I'm going to say I'm just stuck useing the lags-a-lot older compu and keep trying not to die everywhere...
