All computers have a RAM Card, essentially. I believe what they're trying to say is: You need to have a sufficient one to enjoy and/or play the game. Your best bet is to call some computer hardware technicians in your area to assist you better.

You can right click on "My Computer" and click "Properties", and under the "General" tab in Windows XP, I know, it will say towards the bottom "#.## GHz/MHz, #.## RAM". The first numbers are your processor speed/ability, and the second is how much ram you have. See if it matches to what the game asks for a minimum and/or recommended.

God, i went afk for a second and now u problem is solved :D
Anyways... on the game client download u can see minimun and recomended requeriments... recomended are to play well the game, u still can play with minimun but will lagg and stuff... u can put the game perfomance to minimun, like take off shadows, and some other stuff like the distance of the map that loads as u walk and stuff.

And yes, u have to buy a PC with better stuff or power up the one u have. I used to have tht problem before. Now my game rarely lags...

Take your computer to your nearest computer repair shop and ask them if they will upgrade your RAM. It'll probably cost around $20-$30 depending on where you go.

Don't attempt to do this yourself. HP computers can be tricky to take apart sometimes.
