HELP!

When I get the launcher up and running after*I install the game with no problems then instead of the Fiesta welcoming screen whatever on the launcher my friend gets, I get a "This page cannot be displayed" Ok, so I ignore that seeing no way to fix it and try loging in, an error window oppens and says "There was a problem logging you in. Either your username or password was incorrect, or yuo are not authorized to participate in the closed beta. (0-0; The Sever Returned an Unknown Error (wininet: 0.)" I click OK.... Reinstalled it... sevral times... My friend logged in on his computer on my account, it worked perfectly fine. So yeah, I figured it was the server connection thing I went to your help thing for server connection issues and all it said to do was post your computer specs =.= Nice way to gather information to help fix the orginal problem, but I had to resort to here to figureout how in the world I'm supposed to play this awsome game D: Please help! :D Other things I tried, shutting off my anti virius programs and stuff, nothing D: Pl0x helpzorz this nubzorz D:

Ah also I'm running on everthing at recomneded System Requirements, and I'm currently scanning for other posts with the same problem That youv answered their problems xD

you arent authorized. the game is in closed beta, so you need an invitation, which have already been sent twice, so you too late, and you have to wait for open beta which has not been announced yet, and im not sure if there will be more invitations.

Allright, I don't know about invitations, My friend, whos computer is RIGHT next to me can log into my account, and I downloaded the game first >_> I highly belive this is not an issue of "invitations and authorization" Thank you for your help none the less, but the account is authenticated, Maby... a corrupted install? or download? I'm not sure but I'm pretty sure its not authorization D: Thank you anyways, responses are GOOD!!! :D

Hmm, I get the same error message over and over no matter what I type in the suer name and password box, or leave it blank, So I'm just not connecting into a login server whatso ever :\ I'm thinking its gotta be some kinda connection issue =.= I'm running on a router but... obviously my internet works D:

Could you check and see if Internet Explorer is set to Work Offline on the system that won't login? Just open IE and check under File, make sure it is set to Work Online. If it is already set Online, are you _sure_ you are typing username/password correctly? I know you probably are, but just be sure.

Allright, checked to see if the system was set to "Work Offline" it was not, Understand the part about the username/password part, gonna change my password real fast and try again... and I'm sure I'm typein it in correctly

Yes Beanie, we both just registered today and made characters and downloaded the game today

Thanks - Always helpful to have system specs, although a login issue is usually not directly related.


RE: password...let us know. Your account checks out perfectly fine in our databse, further proof it is fine being your friend who can login with your account.


You should check on/try the following, if new password does no good (in the order I would check):


Disable any anti-virus software temporarily, try to login


Disable any firewall temporarily, or make sure that traffic to and from Outspark.com is Allowed, try to login


Disable any and all other applications running - Ctrl-Alt-Del to see Task Manager, End Task on everything in applications Tab, try to login


Check for spyware/adware -(Spybot Search and destroy and AdAware are good things to run periodically on your system, or the anti-spyware anti-adware software of your choice), try to login

Allright, Thank you for the suggestions, I'll try those things as soon as I can and get back to you with them, I allready disabled my A-V software and tried... But It's allways worth a shot at retry :) Who knows, maby a reset is all I need for it to work properly.
