Fon't color issue!!!! HELP. it hurts :( IT IS AN URGENT

HI GM. i wonder if u guys can fix this.
I don;t know if this is an bug but i post it to u anyway for solution.

error:
I have this wierd color font in my game
it is show on the pic.
I reinstall it and install it clean again but still doesn;t work,
The color i circled there show u wht it looks like.
But actually game i supposed to have smooth green color on it. But my is like an blend of pink and green.

here are my pc inspects.
INTEL CORE 2 Duo 2ghz
NIVIDIA GF 8600 GT
2g ram
300 g HD
FLat wide screen dell connect using the white cord cable "D-vid"

Please help me fix this, i have this probleem on my game only.
I played on the AMD turion 2x it has the same thing.
But not my sis's she have the same AMD.
Neither is my friend. So i ask u to help me fix this please
The PC is brand new and well up dated.
So, i don;t think i miss any software or device.

PLEASE HELP.
The wierd color hurt my eyes each time i play it/.
