can't even begin to log on

when i start up the launcher, it starts to load, but then the scrren stops and says this program cannot disply the web page, and if i try to log on it says "there was a problem loggin you in, either your password or username are incorrect, or your not authorized" and it also says this on the same message "(0-0: The Server Returned an Unknown Error(wininet: 0).)





an i have no idea what the problem is. help please!*

i have the same problem as washu444 i dont know what to now i really want to play this game it looks cool and fun but for now the* only thing thats stopping me is the screen stops and it says the page cannot be displayed than i enter my password and it says dont use caps lock before u tpe ur pass error

like i told i can log on, my frend couldnt. and we reister at the same time so. i realy dont know why it wouldnt work....please if someone can help us...write back. thanks

I am having this problem as well, and I know I'm in the closed beta as I have already been playing on my account. I hadn't logged on in a couple of days because I've been too busy, but now I try logging in and I'm getting that same error. I know I have the right password, and even tried resetting it. It's still not working. :(





Was there some sort of cleanup for anyone who hadn't signed in for a couple of days or something? I'm annoyed, I was almost level 20. :(

If you were able to login before, but are now unable to and get the "incorrect username/password" message, something has changed on either your connection or your system...we have made no alterations to access.


On thing that will cause this error is if you for some reason have Internet Explorer set to Work Offline...open IE look under File and make sure it is set to Work Online.


Otherwise, the issue would seem to be related to a firewall or router issue, or a problem with your ISP. Make sure that any Firewall is set to allow traffic for Fiesta to and from Outspark.


Standard Advice - make sure there are no other applications running in the background when you try to login, _especiall_ programs that use your internet connection (MSN, IRC, Yahoo Messenger, etc).





Anybody who figures out why they specifically get this problem and are able to correct it please post back for the benefit of other members.

thanks for the help, and for the tipps you gave me/us, but we tried almost all. it wouldnt work ! btw what is a ISP?i would like to play with my frend but i cant =( im almost sure it is something with the firewall, but she says she turned off....so i dont know, and i cant control it because shes gone for some time q.q
