After a leveling up a few times, I realized that I wasn't always getting my 1 point in skill empowerment. So I thought that maybe you only got 1 point every other level up, however after just reading the "noob leveling guide" I see that you are suppose to get 1 point with every level up. Just pointing out this possible glitch in the game.

same thing happens to my character, if youre supposed to get a point every level, then i should have a few more too XD

same problem. kinda seem to get 2 points show up every now and then but im lvl 18 and only have 8points.

Same with me so far i had 2 chars (I deleted 1st and created 2nd with the same name) and both of them are missing skill points.So far it's not that bothersome since i'm saving'em anyway but i'd realy like to see this fixed & points returned (to all buged chars on server).Btw I still get all stats points.

Same thing. Level 11 and i have barely half of the skill point i should have.
So what is going to happend?

You get a skill point every other level, not every level.

Also not every other level. I believe you only get a skill point at the levels where you can get a new skill. So it's like 3/4/5/7/10 or something.

So to put this into context every time you level up you get a new skill next level will be a point next level will be a skill next level will be a point, you get it now?

it would be very easy to max out your skills if you got them every level.
imo: you shouldnt get them every level

with all the skills we get it needs to be every lvl and secondly i didnt know it was supposed to be every lvl as a noob i saw i had 6 of them at lvl 14 so i thought u only aquired them after lvl 14 and that the 6 were a bonus aftrer that ive been getting them every other lvl *** i want one every lvl nopw lol
