buy the specific scroll production skill from the skill master. learn the scroll and u can start producing your own scrolls.

This is the wrong area to be posting this, but I will answer anyway.* You need to go to the skill master to purchase your skill then learn the skill.* Push K then go to passive skills and you can pick your two passive skills, but beware you will be stuck with those for a while, so choose wisely.
*Same goes for other skills, just buy the skill you want and learn them.
