need help. when i open the outspark installer all that happens is i select a folder to send the file to and i can see the install button...but it is shaded and unclickable. what do i do

Hi tannerdlee,
So, you were able to downalod the client and place it on your desktop (or somewhere), then you try to install but Install is greyed out?
Are you installing it to something other than the default directory (C:\Program files\Outspark)? It should not matter, but try installing to the default and see if that makes a difference.
