i cannot open up the launcher because its says "Runtime error! this applacation has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way.: and the window is called Window Visual C++ Runtime Library

Go to... www.microsoft.com ("http://www.microsoft.com/") and look for microsoft update. <-- It's free..


Then try running the game again.

And FYI Microsoft Visual C++ is a compiler for the programming language C++ that allows people to make games and other applications. C++ is usually games though.
