Problem is that Britain is also on Daylight Savings Time :P
So normally PST is GMT -8 or UCT -8
Britain normally is GMT or UCT
Since we're on daylight savings time:
Britain is BST or UCT + 1 (Often shown GMT +1 but that's kinda weird since Greenwich is also on summertime since it's Britain...)
And Pacific is UCT - 7
So if it was 11am PDT it would be 7pm in Greenwich!
So confusing! Even more so since most Brits still refer to British Summer Time as GMT ;)
KEY:
PST - Pacific Standard Time
PDT - Pacific Daylight Time
GMT - Greenwich Mean Time (Based on normal time in England)
BST - British Summer Time
UCT - Universal Coordinated Time (Has no summertime and is what most servers use)

*E yeaaa* Right
Also :
Pacific Daylight Time is the Pacific Time Zone of the United States of America (USA) and Canada.
In most states in the USA and in most provinces in Canada, Daylight-Saving Time (DST) is observed. During DST PT or PDT is 7 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT-7).
After the Summer months Pacific Time is shifted back by 1 hour to US Pacific Standard Time (PST) or (GMT-8).
