I purchased SparkCash and bought a beauty shop coupon with it, but when I went there, it said I didn't have one. What am I supposed to do to use it?

First, you need to pull it out of the 'purchased item inventory' and put it in your character inventory. Pull up your inventory and check for a bag on the far right. It should look a little different from your other bags. Click on it, and it will display all of your purchased items; which should include your coupon. right click the coupon to put it in your character inventory. Once this is done, it can be used.
