this was taken form your first post guild and the underlined part is very specific about bartering an account and thats refers to an account thats not yours which means that you have violated this by going to her account and taking the items

also i dont see were in these rule says that the shared account must be terminated all it says is that the responsible for this will be subject to a disciplinary action and/or termination for the outspark service

So basically you are screwed man cause this is just another charge against you in a long list and i really hope that the GMs will ban you permanently
