Ok Im lv 20, I registered Cleaver Fighter. I have Cleaver Fighter next to my name. I cant learn/wear skills, armor, and weapons! If anyone can help I beg you to post and help me.

Having the title alone does not mean you are a clever fighter. You must complete the class change quest.
As mentioned above, the warrior trainer will start you on this quest. Also known as the shadow quest or shadow cave quest as mentioned by biffenbob.

Yep, you need to do the quest. it isn't a bug.

They really should give you that title AFTER you do the job quest since a lot of people think they're magically Clever Fighters at Level 20

I though the same for a second, then I looked At my CLASS NAME, instead of the title, and it told me I was still a figther. It kind of didn't matter that I bought it because I ended up selling all my stuff back anyway because I kept failing the quest!! :P

Just get some scrolls and potions and it'll be fine.
