when i log in......

when ever i log in it automatically gos to windows mode, even after i set it to get out of it it goes back to windows mode the next time i log in. plz help??

go to game settings....everything shud be off....wen itz off then it will be a dull yellow.....if itz on then itz bright yellow.....resolution shud be 1024x768.....and then click Apply....not ok....click on apply...then try it.

Anyone know how to help me with this, its the error signature I get everytime I try to run the game, it wont even bring the log in screen up, instead it gives me "Outspark Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"
