can someone help me please

I accidentally clicked the little arrows on the very left of the action bar(i think that is what it is called) on the very right bottom of my screen

now I have 5 of these bars and cannot figure out how to get rid of them ...(I know a silly noob)

anyway does anyone know how to fix this as I have been looking through all the guides etc but it doesnt tell me anything about this bar
