I don't get why a post hasn't gone up in the forums letting everyone know the system is down and they are aware of it and working on it everytime this happens. I work in IT and if we don't do this we get hammered by people calling to let us know that something is broken. When we put out the message that they system is down and we know about it they are much more receptive to accepting the downtime and don't complain as much. I would hope the staff here starts doing that to put all of us at ease and to show they are on top of things.
