The game isn't out yet, but closed beta will be starting soon, and open beta hopefully soon after that. Closed beta invitations are limited, but it shouldn't last too long so don't fret if you're not picked :)

utakata are you an admin and if so how long do you figure till the game is out days? weeks? months :(

No I'm not admin, but the closed beta will be released within 2 weeks for sure. I estimate the LATEST an open beta will be released in the end of July. Probably sooner.
