Hope’s Guide to Defeat those nasty Buggers on ur face!!
Well What is Acne?
Acne is the term for plugged pores (blackheads and whiteheads), pimples,
and even deeper lumps (cysts or nodules) that occur on the face, neck,
chest, back, shoulders and even the upper arms. Acne affects most
teenagers to some extent. However, the disease is not restricted to any age
group; adults in their 20s - even into their 40s - can get acne. While not a
life threatening condition, acne can be upsetting and disfiguring. When
severe, acne can lead to serious and permanent scarring. Even less severe
cases can lead to scarring.
(Will be in point form so it’s easier to read =P)
1. Well First Of All Wash Your Hair Daily because unwanted oil/grease
may be transferred to your face and clog your pores(Clogging of pores is how
pimples start =/)
2. Make Sure you keep your hair off your face because dirt/dust/oil
that is caught in your hair can clog your pores.
3. Cleanse 2 times a day with Acne fighting cleansers that contain
Salicylic Acid (commonly seen in 2%) and benzoyl peroxide (commonly seen in
2%-5%). Warning try not to go over 2% for these ingredients because too
much can Cause Redness of skin, peeling and dry skin.

-Neutrogena
-Clearasil
-Clean and Clear
-Proactive
-Biore
4. Use an Oil-free Toner after cleansing (toner is too tighten your pores).
5. Use an Oil-free Moisturizer (to keep your face from getting dry during the day.
6. Use an Oil-Free Scrub with Acne Ingredients (Salicylic Acid and benzoyl peroxide) once or
twice a week. This gets rid of your dry and dead skin that also may be
clogging your pores.
7. Use an Oil-free Mask once a week to give your skin that extra kick
and refreshing feeling it deserves.
8. Try to Get A good amount of sleep, I know this is hard when so
many of us are trying to reach the CAP, but your Health is more important than your Level^^!!
9. Last But not least maintain a healthy diet, try not to live off chips
and junk food … (even if you have 2% TNL left, go get some healthy fruits to
chew on while you grind).
