How Bad is the KSing now?

OK so Im setting up a poll for all the epith players. The Big question is, Is How bad is the KSing on Epith?

No more or less than any other server. KSers are everywhere: that is just a simple fact of life. Why is everyone trying to make the worst out of the new server? Jeez...

Im NOT! >.< I just want to see how other ppl are viewing it. Although I have seen a great number of KSings in the past couple days T_T My main is on apo and the KSing there seems minimal but why does it seem like there is more here?

Depends where you are at and what time of day. Even KSers have to eat and sleep unless they are bots. I haven't had too much trouble.

because most people will look at the bad rather then the good, like if some chick has a nice *** but ugly face people would automatically say she is ugly becuase they concentrate on the bad rather then the good.

I have a lot of problems with KSing.. i admit many times its accident archers and mages long rang makes it a common "oops" but i would say about half of the time its people running up after i attack to steal

I mostly moved from Bijou to Epith.... and yes, not only is KSing worse on Epith, but so is the 'newb factor' (only 1 in 10 mara kqs not ruined by newbs)....

Well I havent had much trouble with ksers....but then again I spend most my time in a dungeon killing things in the dark depths, slowly getting stronger until eventually i will take over the.....uh..............

As for "newb" factor it can't be helped. The massive influx was sure to happen and with most of the veterans up in the higher lvls it becomes difficult to help em out.

I haven't seen many ksers around me. Only from time to time. And usually I let them pull the aggro and fight the monster alone. They either run or die and don't dare bother me anymore. If they don't pull the aggro, its probably someone that hits once every 15 times and does like 3 damage to the mob. That's not a problem, since I noticed this people steal like 10-15 XP from a harkan that I fight. And its not worth for them to do that. So I allow them to waste their time around me instead of annoying someone else. And since I'm standing near the spawn areas, a mob soon appears next to the kser and owns him/her. :D
As for the newbies that ruin KQ...:rolleyes: ah, well, I used to be one too. Still remember I wasn't sure what to do in my first Slime KQ and I wasn't the only one :D We failed of course. But I learned quickly while observing and following the chats.

I think its getting really bad these last couple days. I had to send around 8 reports to the GMs within the last week. Another thing I noticed which is getting bad is the swearing and namecalling. How old are those people? 5 years old?

Yes the swearing and namecalling has increased dramitically. Especially on Epith.
Not sure why but people seem to have less respect here but let them be i suppose. They'll either learn to be more respectful or die painfully several times and quit the game since no one would ever party with idiots they won't get far. Either way swearing and namecalling will go down.

ROFL thats terrible :p Well it does make alot of sense to draw in the kser into a trap. And ksing harkans doesnt sound to bad from wat you have said ;D

No offense to it's residents, but I feel Teva is the worst; mainly becuase you have a lot of high level people who like to ride roughshot over the lower levels. I haven't seen that much here. The high lvls have attitude problems to the point that I started over in Bijou. Nothing more dangerous than a lvl 60 noob, except maybe several thousands of them.

Well being lvl 65 already on Epith, I haven't had that problem yet XD However, I recently got bored of my high lvl (now back into), and so I started a new character...I nearly ripped into each and every low lvl idiot. I mean geez, have common sense...

The KSing gets bad when noob gets a hold of an elderine/sand hill scroll. I had a thread about an annoying KSer, and just today, some cleric gets in 1 hit on the spider im killing, goes to another person before I killed the spider and KSed them too. He stopped there though. some people are just rude and ignorant.

I had 3 people ks me within 5 minutes in SandHill tonight. The first was a fighter who wore the armor of a +8 fighter. The other 2 were archers 30+ who told me after I asked them to stop ksing that I should get out of there! Was there first... get ksed and then told to get out of there??? ***???? Ok, fresh example. I was helping a friend on her low level mage (she is like level 57+ on her cleric) to finish the Mara quest in Sea of Greed. We waited, asked if someone needs the quest, invited another cleric in the party and finally Mara appeared. I started fighting and an archer started ksing us. I asked him to stop, invited him to the party, but no response. So I stopped, he pulled aggro and died in one hit. I started fighting again and in 5 sec a party of cleric and archer appeared and started ksing. Not a single response from them too. So I just ran to them and waited right next to the two. Mara followed, one hit to me, second, third, AOE attack - archer and cleric down on the spot. At least learn how to KS, people :D Its an art and a skill too :rolleyes:

OMG ROFL Now that is a good one. wooh okay im okay now. Well for all you KSers out there it looks like ur gonna have to back up ur fighting if all players start this up. And I am gald to report that the KSing in MT has decreasd slightly. It now mostly comes to archers and mages going after monsters and fighters and clerics noticing to late. So it lokks like we have made some headway. Oh and another problem has shown up now for players so watch out for this. Becareful of pty invites as it has come to my attention that characters are being hacked while in a pty. I dont have alot of info on the problem so if you have any news plz pass it along here ^_^

I had a level 12 killing boogys and a guy just followed me around say he was helping me but as a matter of fact he was ksing everything i hit and sometimes even killed everything around in my sight.

early days in the low level areas it was dreadful. Then in Collapsed Prison it was annoying with all the low level players hanging around tho in recent times it seemed to stop in CP--haven't watched the low level areas lately so don't know about them.
Most players on Epith now seem to know better. Had one low level mage shadowing me in Mountain Tomb, ksing at will and replying to my request to stop with lol and "stop me". I trained two bats and an imp onto her and poof, I stopped her. What she thought she'd gain I can't imagine--she'd of received more xp hunting critters legitimately in Forest of Mist-- like I did.

Heh, I was accused of KSing yesterday...So I was on my mage in MT, and it looks like this fighter is gonna just ride on by dragging a mob after her, so since I needed a new mob anyway I attack it and it starts coming for me. Well the fighter hops off her **** and kicks it, it looks at her for a sec then turns back to me since it had less than half life already. So since the fighter never hit it I don't really care much that she kicked it and I proceed to kill it. Now the annoying part is she said something along the lines of ***** KSER! So I chase after her so I make she hears me without having to take it to shout and I explained what I saw...she never said another word and I haven't seen her since but she REALLY pissed me off. I don't take getting falsely accused lightly...

I got accused of KSing because of an accident. I couldn't see the person that was fighting whatever it was I locked on to, and I guess they had just started fighting it (no noticable hp was gone) so I spammed a few spells and killed it >_> I felt kinda bad....

I do get bored sometimes and will wander into forest of tides and kill everything in sight with my wand (yes, hitting everything in sight with a wand and killing it in one hit...it's funny)
