Cannot use two handed sword

i just bought a Steel Sword and i cant equip it although im lvl 22 it still demands A Clever class Fighter or higher level to equip it, plz hlp.....

You need to do the job change quest to become an actual clever fighter to equip weapons and armor with that class requirement.

Go to the fighter skills guy in Elderine and do the quest for level 20 that he gives you.
