Various NPCs have unknown symbols when talking

I noticed a lot of NPCs after they give the initial speech have a bunch of strange symbols at the end for no particular reason. Just giving a heads up on it to the Outspark Crew

might help them dubug this if you could tell what npc and if it was related to a quest or there greating. Jus tmake it quicker for them to find and fix.
