That's a good thing if we can put licenses on shield and its invert of the weapon one, you take less damage for that mob who hit you (the mob in lic. on course). And for lvling up licenses, every like 10 or 20 hits of this mobs, you gain 1%... Same as weapon lics. we can put 3 max. licenses on each shield, but for getting title so that i don't know.

For mobs that you can get destoyer or higher, you win shield block rate against everything (sorry for mages and archers)

-Invincible from [Your monster]
-Resistant to [Your mob]
-Blessed from [Your mob]
-Not having trouble with [Your mob] lol

Or a more class balanced one that applies to the chest armor -.-'

Interesting idea, but it wouldn't be quite fair to the classes who don't use shields, or to fighters who use two handed weapons.
Maybe it could be applied to chest armour instead so everyone gets a chance.

That is really a bad; specially not fair to mages and archers.

And also, lvl up 1% each 10 to 12 hits from the mob? Wouldn't that be like too easy to lvl? I just get a cleric, mock a few mobs and let them hit me; cleric heals me while they hit me i keep mocking them. I should lvl up that lic in no time :)

Yes! It is good idea... but to shest armor... how some people think.
Cuz then only clerics get them. DD are using axe... mages and carchers don't use shield.
The problem with this is that won't increase Block Rate, cuz chest armor does not blocks. What it should give is in step 1 (like on weapon licences) 15% DEF agains that mob, then 20%, 25%, 30% and so.
Example, if uf armor has 100 def, and u equip a harkan armor lic... that would be 130 def against and ONLY against harkans.

Nice idea :D
