Credit Card Cancelled after SparkCash Purchase

Hellooo. I have a minor problem. I sent Dakkon a message regarding this, but he doesn't work in this area. I'm sure I wasted some of his time- Sorry Dakkon >.> Anyways, here's my problem (Sorry it's a bit long):

On April 3, 2008, I purchased SparkCash and then bought a Vday pack using a credit card. However, on April 5, 2008, my mom realized she lost her credit card and cancelled our credit cards, including the one I used to pay for SparkCash (as our credit cards are all part of the same account). A friend of mine told me how her account had gotten banned because the credit card she used had expired, and she had no knowledge of it.

However, today, April 6, 2008, my parents had talked with the credit card company. We are getting our credit cards "back" this Friday, but with a new number. The man from the credit card company told us that all our purchases this month will still be paid for in the end.

Although the account for our credit cards is still existing, I am concerned about this issue and would like to avoid getting my account banned. If any more information is needed to help me, please let me know.

This info should be sent to a CSR right away, not posted on the forums. My suggestion: PM CSR_Hal or CSR_Logan with this info as well as your character and server info.

It is my understanding the system will auto-ban you if it attempts to charge your card and it is declined/denied. Better to nip this in the bud before that happens but if it does happen, don't panic; it's reversible.

Gonna close this thread but please contact the CSRs asap fir assistance with this issue.
