Question about Team PvP...

I have a question that If possible someone or even a GM could answer about the PvP Event.

When it says, "60-69 pvp zone" I just want to make sure that, that is in regards to the Dungeon of The Abyss in Luminous Stone.

its just an area of the map that only those lvls could go play in so u dont bother them cause they will beat on u alot lol :p
