+8 Weapon broken with reds/blues?

my +8 bow got broken with reds and blues, i didnt even press begin, and my whole inventory including bow, premium items, and more dispeared, i tried reloging, restarting everything...Can some gm help me or something? (my friend HealerRay was enchancing my bow and lost the stuff)

You HAVE to press begin, it doesn't start by itself.......red eyes and blue miles are currently not working, the CSR's and GM's are working on it.

they work for me.. i used 30 eyes/miles today. never broke

Erm, not trying to sow discord between you and your friend or anything but has it ever occured to you that me MIGHT have scammed you of your +8 bow?

You should never trust anyone with any of your items. Never ever. You need a screenshot to prove it, but try messaging GM_SnakeEyes on the forum. Maybe he could help you.
