GM dekkon just summoned about 50 boggel monsters into the nooby starting area near the smithy to wipe out over 30 people including people in sell/buy mode.

If only he would do that in Elderine. I fricking hate all the noobs that decide to 'explore' by using Elderine scrolls then whine and plea for Roumen scrolls. Can the GM's PLEASE do something about this problem? Simply stop the Scrolls from being drop items (in Roumen), or make a level 15 & up requirement for use.

It doesn't matter. At least you don't lose EXP this time when you die when GMs summon. So you die, rest, fight, die, rest, no need to worry about losing EXP. It's all for fun.

Correction, you don't lose exp when you die in town. When GMs summon monsters in fields, you will lose exp. And they have done that at least twice before. It really sucks.

Oh god, I survived both Roumen AND Elderine attacks today (With a LV12 character). I thought Kaal was driving the minivan. I wasn't aware one of the hells I was made to live today was Dakkon's fault.


And to think I wanted to try to save him at Burning Hill :(

I realy loved the big guy... i died a LOT of times and finaly got DCed so no exp no nothing... i got furious at the time but i realy realy loved it. It seemd a little more realistic.

if you are going to accuse someone of something at least spell the name right. And even if it was Dakkon it's not like the people who lost exp have a lot to make up.


*Also, try reading the notices Kaalanzilla puts up, he tends to says where he will put monsters. And yeah, he did say he'd do it to Roumen.

at lvl 2 to 4 seeing the area full of deep reds that 1 hit kill, one does not have time to take notes on actual names, seeing a GM while running for your life in the middle of an area those monsters are NOT supposed to be kind of indicated that GM was the cause.


Now they are summoning monsters in the lvl 1 spawn nooby start area that hit for 1600 to 2000... way to abuse those trying to turn in quest and progress in the game to try and find problems. You get fun from exploiting GM abilities spawning dozens of monsters 20 and 30 levels above the people in the area (nooby starting town AND start-spawn-in location.)


AND this 'event' is not warned about in the anouncement area. The GM are as bad as pk gamers that delight in seeing how many noobys they can pk in 1 hit while npc guards do NOTHING about those exploiting/abusing game mechanics!

Did it ever occur that in a "real" fantasy world, sometimes 30 to 40 monsters stop by for a visit..in a noob town, a dragon lands in a major town, etc?

I thought the lightning vivi's in eld were a bit much otherwise the rest was fun.


PS. thanks to all the clerics who healed myself and sasuke, allowing us to tank and keep the mini dragon's agro in the arena.

Haha. But then there's the fact that King Kong Phino is a lv 70 - lv ## (Dunno the max lv) KQ boss and the Mini Dragon is a lv 43 or 45 - ## KQ boss xP
