GM pls help! (Shiki and Babyvamp cant log in)

Shiki and Babyvamp both cannot log into the game still and cannot post in the forums (similar to what Muxi, StriderHien, Haruko, and Xanthe have experianced). If there is anything you can do to help, it would be greatly appreaciated.
