I can't use any offensive skills at all. Is anyone else having this issue?

Make sure you're not standing in a safe zone [Red Area on minimap].

In that case I suggest you contact support.

Remember to attach your Outspark.exe.log

I am a neo and can only use enhance!! Not in safe zone, ect!!!
