Alright, well I've just downloaded the game. I brought up the screen, put in my email/password, and made a character. I clicked enter and while it's loading a message will pop-up saying...

I don't know what to do and it won't let me play the game.
What do I do?

I've restartd my computer a few times and nothing happened.
