When that happens I uninstall since it can be a patching error.:)

Or go to the troubleshooting section and tell them exactly what is wrong.

when that happend to me it was because my norton antivirus expired and somthing to do with the pop up thing telling to rebuy was keeping my game from working. took me a week to relize this. i uninstalled the norton and voila it worked i was soo happy. look for any programs that might cause little pop up things. not telling u to uninstall everything just letting you know what was wrong for me.
