Some issue I've NO clue as to what it is or what it means

I get some strange issue when I try to start Fiesta with the launcher.
Well I put in my login details and try to start the game, then it just sits there...
It kinda looks like it's gona do something then it just sits. Then I close it and It says
"See the logfile "F:\Prorgram Files\Outspark\launcher\outspark.exe.log for details"

So I go look and this is what it says:

I'm sitting here looking at it like @_@ and I'm just totally lost.
The computer specs (that I know of) are as follows:
Windows XP SP2
3.6Ghz Intel Celeron Processor
2gig ddr2 ram
256mb ATI Gfx card
Dx9


So yeah, Like I said, I duno whats going on x_x
