Buying Lv 54 Fighter Boots With End And Dex Stats

Just like the title says, i'm looking for lv 54 fighter boots with decent end and dex stats, My current boots are END=14 and DEX+25. IF you can get ones with higher end(+20 to +30) and dex that similar(between range of +20 to +30) that would be great
